Job summary

Zumiez is seeking an Asset & Maintenance Coordinator to support store operations from the Lynnwood Home Office. In this in-office role, you will coordinate repairs, maintenance, and supplies for North American stores, manage service requests, and liaise with external vendors to ensure timely, compliant work.

You will also assist with procurement, supply logistics for events, and expense processing while supporting inventory and on-hand accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail operations, facilities, or store support roles.
• 1+ years of experience in administrative, facilities coordination, or vendor management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and approve maintenance service requests and work orders across North American stores.
• Coordinate lighting and fixture repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Provide guidance to store teams on vendor communication and repair scope assessment.
• Serve as primary liaison between stores and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Participate in after-hours on-call communication and emergency response as needed.
• Monitor and fulfill store supply needs; review and approve supply orders.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for national events including supply inventory and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate and process gift card requests related to employee programs and customer service.
• Track and report budget spend for repairs, supplies, and events.
