Kinetic Potential collaborates with the Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) to provide employment, transition, and support services to individuals facing barriers to employment. KP’s mission is to help people achieve their full potential through coordinated, personalized services.

Position Overview:
Field Office Account Managers (FOAMs) are strategic leaders who represent KP at DORS field offices. FOAMs oversee service delivery, manage client outcomes, and collaborate with DORS staff to ensure quality, compliance, and impact. All FOAMs begin as certified Mentors and grow into leadership roles through advanced training and field experience.
