Job summary

• Previous line cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift approximately 40–50 pounds.
• Follow kosher food-handling requirements and policies with Mashgiach and management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain an organized, clean workstation.
• Assist with daily prep, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and efficiently during service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
• Assist with catering preparation, setup, execution and cleanup.
