Job summary

Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, NY seeks a Mashgiach/Kosher Cook for per diem work in the Food Service department. You will cook and prepare Kosher meals, ensure compliance with dietary laws, and support daily meal service for residents.

Reporting to the Director of Food Services, you will manage inventories, food preparation, assembly and delivery of trays, while upholding high standards of quality and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Yeshiva graduate with Kosher dietary knowledge.
• Experience as Mashgiach in hotel, food establishment, or institutional setting.
• Ability to cook and prepare Kosher food.
