• 3+ years of food preparation and/or cooking experience in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and serve food according to recipes and instructions.
• Prepare ingredients: cutting, peeling, slicing, measuring, portioning.
• Maintain kosher dietary guidelines in food handling and storage.
• Set up service areas and assist with serving to students, faculty, staff, and others.
• Ensure food is prepared and served at proper temperatures and safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces; label, date, and rotate stock.
