Qualifications

• Fluent Korean – speaking, reading and writing required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear communication with design, production, logistics, vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple trade show exhibit projects from kickoff through completion.
• Build and maintain project schedules, deadlines, and task lists.
• Coordinate internally with designers, engineers/drafters, production teams, warehouse staff, and logistics.
• Review project drawings, floor plans, specifications, and production requirements.
• Ensure approved designs can be produced and installed correctly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, production information, and installation instructions.
• Coordinate outside vendors, subcontractors, freight companies, and installation crews.
• Track project costs and identify potential budget issues before they occur.
• Coordinate packing, shipping, delivery, installation, dismantle, and return logistics.
• Communicate project requirements and changes clearly between Korean-speaking and English-speaking teams.
• Travel to trade shows and oversee onsite installation and dismantle when required.
