Job summary

BTI is seeking a Korean bilingual IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage IT initiatives, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget constraints. You will act as a liaison between business and technical teams and oversee enterprise IT infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes strong project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with opportunities to lead ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or related field.
• Strong Korean and English bilingual ability.
• Experience with enterprise project management, preferably large-scale Samsung projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project tasks, coordinate, track, and schedule.
• Generate project documentation (scope, objectives, requirements, schedule).
• Prepare and distribute project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• For infrastructure projects, define scope, deliverables, and high-level plans.
• Lead or support Business Analysis activities: requirements gathering, flows, and use cases.
