Job Title: Korean-Speaking Medical Receptionist

About the Position:

We are currently seeking a professional, personable, and bilingual Medical Receptionist fluent in Korean and English to join our healthcare team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist patients in-person, by phone, and via email.
2. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
3. Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures.
4. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients in both Korean and English.
5. Maintain and update patient records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
7. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
8. Respond to patient inquiries about services, appointment availability, and clinic procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Fluency in Korean and English (both spoken and written).
2. Previous experience in a medical office, customer service, or receptionist role preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical scheduling software is a plus.
