Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Korean/English speaking Remote Member Engagement Coordinators with experience in a heavy production environment within an Inbound/Outbound Call Center. Your role will involve assisting Medicare and Medicaid Managed Care Plan Members in choosing suitable benefits and guiding them through enrollment, including programs like community services, Medicare Savings, Medicaid, and Veteran’s care coordination.

Training will cover educating members on community resources and savings programs. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, collections, or telemarketing are preferred. We will provide comprehensive training to motivated individuals with a proactive attitude.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Meet production goals by handling calls to determine pre-eligibility for benefits.
  • Assist members with social program needs.
  • Achieve performance metrics related to schedule adherence, call quality, and KPIs.
  • Maintain quality standards, proper documentation, and compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in training and team communication, embodying BeneLynk’s values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months experience in inbound/outbound call centers with client interaction; sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Korean.
  • Ability to relate resources based on member needs.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home work environment.
  • Experience in benefits enrollment and social programs is a plus.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
Physical & Attendance Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting, keyboard use, clear communication, occasional walking, reaching, and lifting.
  • Good visual and audio acuity for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and full participation in training.
Training & Compensation

Mandatory training begins June 2, 2025, lasting 8 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM ET. Starting salary is $20/hour, with potential bonuses up to $2/hour based on performance and tenure.

Work Environment & Legal
