We are seeking experienced Korean/English speaking Remote Member Engagement Coordinators with experience in a heavy production environment within an Inbound/Outbound Call Center. Your role will involve assisting Medicare and Medicaid Managed Care Plan Members in choosing suitable benefits and guiding them through enrollment, including programs like community services, Medicare Savings, Medicaid, and Veteran’s care coordination.
Training will cover educating members on community resources and savings programs. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, collections, or telemarketing are preferred. We will provide comprehensive training to motivated individuals with a proactive attitude.
Mandatory training begins June 2, 2025, lasting 8 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM ET. Starting salary is $20/hour, with potential bonuses up to $2/hour based on performance and tenure.
This is a remote, full-time, non-exempt role. Must be within specific states or Puerto Rico; cannot be performed outside a home office. BeneLynk participates in E-Verify; employment contingent on background and drug screening.
