Advanced Medical Management, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Professional in California.

This essential role serves as the hub between clients, patients, and internal departments, handling incoming calls rapidly and delivering 5-star service. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with strong time management, capable of handling inquiries on claims, authorizations, and eligibility, while documenting actions in our proprietary software.

Qualifications

• Korean fluency is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years of call center experience; 1+ year in medical/healthcare environment preferred.
• High energy, goal oriented, and able to deliver 5-star service.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; positive attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from health providers, health plans, and patients requesting status updates on claims and authorizations for service.
• Provide information on eligibility for medical services and transfer calls when needed.
• Identify, research, and resolve issues regarding claims and eligibility.
• Make outbound follow-up calls when needed; document actions in AMM software.
• Flag trends and suggest process improvements.
