Job summary

YAMI in California seeks an Influencer Marketing Intern to support the Korean marketing team with influencer sourcing, agency coordination, creator management, and campaign execution across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

You will identify potential Korean creators, communicate with agencies, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and help track content and results in a fast-growing e‑commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Fluency in Korean and English required for regular communication with Korean creators and agencies.
• Interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify Korean influencers, KOLs, KOCs, and creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Build and maintain creator shortlists based on campaign requirements and brand fit.
• Coordinate with Korean influencer agencies and track campaign deliverables.
• Review content for alignment with campaign guidelines and branding.
• Track campaign metrics and assist with monthly reporting.
