Agency Eight is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Intern to join this fall. You will source creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, vet profiles for audience quality and brand fit, and assist with outreach on behalf of clients.

You’ll support gifting logistics, tracking campaigns in Google Sheets, and compiling performance data. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, highly organized, and eager to learn the creator economy.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from college/university; related field preferred.
• Deep passion for social media, creator economy, and CPG/beauty brands.
• Strong eye for brand fit and creator quality.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and learning new tools.
• Clear, professional written communication; proactive mindset.

• Source creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube based on briefs and brand fit.
• Vet creator profiles for audience quality, engagement, content aesthetic, and brand alignment.
