Job summary

TikTok is seeking a motivated Campus Marketing Intern in the US to support the Campaign & Marketing team. You will help develop and run campaigns, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to brand initiatives.

You will engage with local influencers and KOLs, analyze campaign data, and propose optimizations while gaining real-world experience in fast-paced marketing. This internship offers health insurance access from day one, housing assistance if not fully remote, and paid holidays

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or e-commerce.
• Familiar with local trends and social media influencers.
• Proven stakeholder and project management skills.
• Ability to manage expectations and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day campaign and marketing operations, including concepting and executing campaigns.
• Collaborate across stakeholders with account managers, user research, creator manager, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with local KOLs and digital channels to build online brand awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization ideas.
• Research local market trends, viral content, and industry developments.
• Support branding and marketing plans to align with product development.
