Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Consultant, or process improvement.
• Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Strong project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and translating business needs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide system implementation and business process improvement projects by evaluating current work processes and executing improvement strategies.
• Analyze, visualize, and automate data and business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead requirements gathering and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop and maintain processes to manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, milestones, and action items.
• Manage relationships and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status, risks, issues, and next steps.
• Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and business materials using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support practical solutions.
