Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or MIS related field required.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (read/write/speak).
• 9+ years of business process analysis experience, e-commerce/logistics/system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and create communication documents between business users and development team.
• Coordinate with system development team during monitoring and testing of new developments.
• Manage traditional user interface and application module aspects as needed.
