Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. in Plano, TX, seeks a Sr. Analyst of Platform & IT Strategy to lead IT expense management, N-IRP planning, Work Orders and RMS data integrity. You will own end-to-end IT expense lifecycle, invoicing, and monthly management reporting in a fast-paced, highly visible role.

Collaborating with SMEs and senior leadership, you will drive system improvements, cross-functional project support, and cost-reduction opportunities while guiding multiple priorities with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 4-5 years of experience in business management support, IT expense/vendor management, data analysis, or project management.
• Experience managing Work Order, RMS, or similar systems is preferred.
• Bilingual required: English/Korean.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly IT expense status reports and present trends to management.
• Validate and submit invoices for IT and project expenses with monthly status reports.
• Generate monthly system usage and VOC reports for executive review.
