Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Korean bilingual Supply Chain Analyst to join our onsite team in the United States. The role focuses on demand planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with GOC, factories, and packaging teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 0–3 years of experience, with strong Excel and Outlook skills and excellent communication abilities in English and Korean.

Qualifications

• Top skills include business analysis, Korean language, and demand planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience and proficiency in Excel/Outlook are expected.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly PO SKU lists and coordinate with accounts to feedback to GOC/Factory weekly.
• Monitor production schedule and manage inbound status for FG and bulk shipments.
• Coordinate with PKG planning to align weekly quantities with PSOP.
• Collaborate with MPC packaging plan and DF team to meet weekly/monthly sell-in targets.
• Track depletion and aging of inventory and advise consumption of bulk EOH.
• Provide weekly status updates and distribute reports to HQ in Suwon.
• Support new HHP launch tracking and AI-related projects.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses as needed.
