Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, data science, supply chain, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly PO/SKU lists and coordinate feedback with account teams.
• Monitor production schedule to manage inbound status for FG and bulk shipments.
• Work with PKG planning to align weekly PKG quantity with PSOP.
• Collaborate with MPC packaging plan to meet weekly/monthly sell-in targets.
• Track monthly unavailable EOH/aging depletion and consolidate depletion plans.
• Review and update status of prior week’s RTF setbacks and share with HQ.
• Provide weekly supply status updates and assist with SCM day meetings.
• Support New HHP launch tracking and related tasks.
• Assist on AI-related projects as needed.
• Collaborate with team and provide backup when necessary.
