Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee filling and packaging operations in a dynamic cosmetics manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in managing production workflows, operating and maintaining machinery, and ensuring high-quality output. Candidates with a strong background in cosmetics manufacturing and equipment maintenance are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Filling Operations

• Manage and oversee filling processes for various cosmetic products, including gels, creams, waxes, and glues.
• Operate, set up, and maintain filling machines and related production equipment.
• Optimize production efficiency through effective equipment setup and adjustments.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  
  

Packaging Operations

• Oversee the setup and operation of automatic packaging machines, including labeling, sealing, and cartoning equipment.
• Ensure packaging processes are optimized for quality and efficiency.
