Job summary
BTI Solutions, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Korean bilingual Pricing Analyst and Logistics Procurement Specialist (contractor) focused on air pricing. You will manage end-to-end air freight procurement, RFQ/RFP packages, and carrier negotiations, sourcing top forwarders and airlines to secure capacity and favorable terms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance required.
- 4+ years in freight forwarding, 3PL, or logistics sourcing/ops with air freight focus.
- Experience managing RFP/RFQ processes and financial data analysis.
- Proficient Excel with advanced formulas and data tools.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end air freight procurement lifecycle, sourcing forwarders and airlines.
- Develop RFQ/RFP packages and manage competitive bidding events.
- Negotiate rates, capacity, terms, and contractual conditions with airlines and forwarders.
- Coordinate with Legal to finalize and execute transport agreements.
- Prepare pricing proposals and support customer bids.
