Job summary

BTI is seeking a Korean bilingual Logistics Operations Manager to lead the SCM operations at our Ellabell, GA plant. You will oversee 1st and 2nd shifts, drive safety, performance, and customer satisfaction, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective material flow.

The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and extensive experience in automotive logistics, with a focus on multi‑shift efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field.
• 12+ years in supply chain/transportation/logistics operations.
• 7+ years in senior leadership within yard, shuttle, or automotive supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCM operations across two shifts with the Operations Manager and Supervisors.
• Develop and execute the SCM operations strategy and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure safety, OSHA/DOT compliance and customer service quality.
• Manage department budget, labor, equipment costs and P&L.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders; communicate performance and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and standard work processes across shifts.
