Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager in Santa Clara to lead the accounting function, manage monthly close, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.

You will own revenue reviews, perform technical accounting research, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing solar energy company. The role requires a CPA, Big 4 experience, Korean bilingual capability, and strong leadership to guide a team and coordinate with cross-functional partners across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 7+ years of experience.
• CPA and/or Big 4 background preferred.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS; strong memo-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly close and GL accounting functions.
• Review revenue transactions and provide accounting guidance.
• Prepare financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Support external audits and internal controls.
• Lead process improvement projects in accounting.
• Mentor and review junior staff work.
