Qcells is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will be a key member of the Accounting Department and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial accounting and provide innovative solutions for policy and process improvements. The main responsibilities includes performing a variety of tasks ranging from routine to complex analysis and playing a critical part in accounting operations, such as managing monthly closing processes, performing various GL accounting functions, owning revenue transaction reviews, conducting technical accounting research, leading process innovation projects, preparing accounting reports, etc. Also, the Accounting Manager will collaborate with the key stakeholders to understand and identify risks associated with current process and system, provide methodologies to optimize operational efficiency and drive improvements and automation where possible. This position is based out of our offices in Santa Clara .
