• Understanding of product strategy and how customer needs influence prioritization and execution.
• Ability to manage internal customers and align stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Report to Customer Focal Head to provide technical and operational support aligned with customer needs.
• Apply knowledge of product functionality and system operations to enable execution and decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage customer-related activities in compliance with PM processes.
• Support execution of product strategy by translating customer requirements into internal plans and priorities.
• Manage internal customer requests by driving timely follow-ups, resolving cross-functional dependencies, and escalating risks.
• Track build plans and revenue performance against commitments, identify gaps, risks, mitigation actions.
• Drive high-priority initiatives through cross-functional collaboration to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Prepare content, data, and materials for internal meetings and reviews.
• Support internal system management activities to address urgent customer or business needs and ensure continuity.
