Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. operates HELE convenience stores and seeks a friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier at Kailua-Kona, HI. The role includes ringing up sales, handling cash, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service.

Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $23.15 per hour plus a $3.00 shift differential. The position is full-time and located at 73-4796 Kanalani St #BB, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work varied shifts and arrive on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service; may assist customers at the gas pump.
• Ring up sales on POS system; comply with cash handling procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and other forms of tender.
• Comply with company policies and store procedures, safety and environmental policies.
• Receive, stock & organize merchandise; assist in maintaining inventory levels and shift audits.
• Attend mandatory trainings and participate in safety programs.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness and upkeep of equipment.
• Identify equipment problems and report as needed.
• Work with minimal supervision and flexible hours.
