Job summary

Par Pacific is hiring a HELE Customer Service Associate / Convenience Store Cashier at our 81-6673 Mamalahoa Hwy, Kealakekua store in Hawaii. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service, accurate sales on the POS, and maintaining stock and cleanliness to support our local community.

The position requires English communication, basic math, and the ability to work varied shifts. It offers hourly pay between $17.50 and $23.15 with a $3.00 shift differential, and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work various shifts and arrive on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the store and pump area as needed.
• Ring up sales on POS and handle cash and other tender types.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; manage inventory and audits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, follow policies and trainings.
• Report equipment problems and attend required meetings.
