Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate at an HELE convenience store in Kailua-Kona, HI. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service, accurate cash handling, and a clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service, including assisting customers at the gas pump.
• Accurately ring up sales on POS system and handle cash, coupons, and card transactions.
• Maintain cash and other forms of tender and follow cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies, safety, environmental, and store procedures.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; assist with inventory and shift audits.
• Attend safety trainings and job-related meetings; participate in all required trainings.
• Perform cleaning duties and basic upkeep of equipment and site.
• Identify and report equipment problems as needed.
• Work with minimal supervision and adapt to flexible hours and duties.
