Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or related field.
• Experience with online learning platforms, LMS, and educational technologies used in online/hybrid learning environments.
• Strong user support, training, and instructional design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Captures, organizes, and maintains knowledge related to program solutions, technical expertise, user support, training materials, data management, reporting processes, SharePoint site administration, quality assurance protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Develops and updates documentation, manuals, guides, and training materials to support users and stakeholders in utilizing program solutions effectively.
• Provides technical expertise and support to users, troubleshoots issues, and delivers training sessions as needed.
• Manages and maintains data repositories, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Conducts quality assurance checks on program solutions, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance with university standards and regulatory requirements.
