Qualifications

• 5+ years in knowledge management, process mapping, or health tech operations.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Own knowledge base health, governance, and architecture.
• Map the end-to-end member journey and partner with Product.
