Paylocity seeks a senior leader to transform its knowledge management capabilities, defining a multi-year modernization roadmap and building AI-ready content structures. You will partner with Product, Technology, and AI teams to enhance retrieval, semantic search, and future agent-driven experiences.

You will guide platform evolution, drive governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes while mentoring a high-performing KM team within a remote, nationwide setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor… Degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, information architecture, content strategy, digital transformation, operations, consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, content architecture, governance, and content lifecycle practices.
• Experience improving enterprise search, retrieval, self-service, or AI-enabled knowledge experiences.
• Experience defining business requirements, evaluating technology options, and supporting platform implementation or modernization.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, change leadership, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively through ambiguity with disciplined execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead Knowledge Management Transformation with a multi-year modernization roadmap.
• Build an AI-ready knowledge ecosystem with taxonomy, metadata, and AI-ready content standards.
• Drive platform evolution including evaluation, implementation, and adoption of KM tools.
• Establish Knowledge Intelligence using metrics on health, usage, and retrieval effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Operations, Product, Technology, AI, and KM teams.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Knowledge Management team, coaching and growth.
