Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, content governance, business analysis, process improvement, content operations, or internal communications.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Knowledge Management, Content Governance, Content Strategy, Information Architecture, Taxonomy & Metadata Management, Business Analysis, Business Process, Project Management, Program Management, Agile Methodology, Workflow Management, Process Improvement, Operations, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise knowledge catalog and content lifecycle.
• Develop and optimize service-facing knowledge articles and procedures.
• Deliver strategic recommendations on governance, taxonomy, and organizational improvements.
• Lead complex KM initiatives with multiple deliverables and timelines.
• Identify improvements to reduce duplication and improve findability.
• Evaluate content performance and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
