Job summary

Kymber Consulting Group, LLC in the Washington, DC area seeks a Knowledge Management SME — Support Agreements to coordinate interagency and DoD data-sharing agreements, MOUs/MOAs/SLAs, and related governance. You will ensure agreements are current, compliant, and accessible for decision-makers.

The role requires five+ years in KM or interagency support, strong SharePoint skills, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, information/knowledge management or related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in knowledge management, interagency agreement management, or program support within DoD or federal agencies.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, including workflow automation (Power Automate), document libraries, and version control.
• Working knowledge of CUI handling requirements and RBAC principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior government stakeholders.
• US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, coordinate, and manage interagency and intra-agency support agreements in accordance with DoD instructions.
• Define resource commitments, funding, and performance metrics for each agreement.
• Research and define terms, standards, and processes for partnerships and evaluation procedures.
• Manage the full lifecycle of support agreements.
• Build automated workflows to track routing status, expirations, and renewals.
• Design, build, and maintain a centralized knowledge portal (SharePoint) with taxonomy, version control, and RBAC.
• Draft and finalize data-sharing and interconnection security agreements with data science and government IT stakeholders.
• Ensure legal and policy guardrails before external data streams are integrated.
• Facilitate After Action Reviews and translate lessons into SOPs to reduce knowledge loss.
• Capture tacit knowledge from SMEs and convert it into formal SOPs.
