Job summary

Knowesis Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist / SME to support DoD data-sharing and interagency agreements in the National Capital Region. You will draft, staff, and manage MOUs, MOAs, SLAs and other agreements across federal partners, ensuring standards, governance, and RBAC are embedded in the knowledge portal.

This on-site role requires an active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to work with diverse government stakeholders. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, information/knowledge management, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of knowledge management/interagency agreement experience within DoD or federal agencies.
• Experience drafting and staffing interagency support agreements.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, including Power Automate, document libraries, taxonomy design, and version control.
• Working knowledge of CUI handling requirements and RBAC principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across government stakeholders.
• US citizenship and an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, coordinate, and manage interagency and intra-agency support agreements.
• Research and define terms, standards, and processes for partnerships.
• Manage lifecycles of support agreements and track renewals.
• Design and maintain a centralized knowledge portal (e.g., SharePoint) with RBAC.
• Enforce CUI handling procedures for sensitive program data.
• Draft data sharing and interconnection security agreements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate After Action Reviews and translate lessons learned into improvements.
• Capture tacit knowledge and develop SOPs to reduce turnover.
