Job summary

ARServices is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to the DTRA RD Directorate, RD-NT. The role focuses on designing and maintaining KM capabilities across multiple domains, including financial, HR, acquisition, and technical program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Knowledge Management, Data Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5+ years of Knowledge Management or IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience in DoD organizations.
• High level of design expertise with Power Automate for routing, Power BI for dashboards, Power Apps for task intake, and Office 365/SharePoint Online.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting or extension.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement dashboards, automated tools, and sites for Finance, HR, Acquisition, Task, and Technical Program Management.
• Lead the Department IT digital modernization initiative as thought leader and architect.
• Update and maintain SharePoint sites and pages, including lists, libraries, media content, and other web parts.
• Manage access controls and enforce governance and security best practices.
• Serve as Web Content Manager for the RD-NT Department.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and coordinate with agency IT to resolve problems.
• Train the RD-NT A&A S team on SharePoint topics and functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
