Job summary

ARServices is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to the DTRA RD Directorate. The role focuses on designing and maintaining KM capabilities across financial, HR, acquisition, and program management domains.

Ideal candidates bring Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, 5+ years in KM/IT, and strong Power Platform and SharePoint skills to support modernization efforts at the Fort Belvoir, VA headquarters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Knowledge Management, Data Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
5+ years of Knowledge Management or IT experience.
3+ years of experience in DoD organizations.
Strong design expertise with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Office 365/SharePoint Online.
Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Strong written and oral communication skills with senior Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and implement dashboards, tools, and sites for Financial Management, HR, Acquisition, Task, and Technical Program Management.
Act as thought leader and architect for Department IT modernization.
Update and maintain Department/Division SharePoint sites and pages.
Manage site access, permissions, and governance per policies.
Serve as Web Content Manager for the RD-NT Department.
Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and coordinate with agency IT.
Train the RD-NT A&AS team on SharePoint topics and functionality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
