Accenture is seeking a knowledge engineer to lead industry digital-brain delivery on client engagements, shaping ontology design and data taxonomy, and managing lifecycle updates for an AI-enabled industry engine.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in knowledge engineering, data modeling, or industry data work, with at least 1–2 years specifically on AI/LLM‑based work.
• Minimum of 2 years of domain experience in insurance, communications & media, or retail — at an operator, an analyst firm, or a consulting practice serving the industry.
• Working fluency with knowledge‑graph technologies and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Minimum of 2 years leading a team or workstream within a larger program.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in agile engineering or consulting teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• At the Manager grade you lead industry digital‑brain delivery on a client engagement: discovery and baseline of industry‑specific patterns, ontology design and build (Knowledge Graph and Data Taxonomy), and lifecycle management that keeps an industry engine current.
• At the Senior Manager grade you hold authority across engagements in the vertical. We assess that fit at interview, not at requisition.
• This is a joint posting covering Manager (CL7) and Senior Manager (CL6) grades, with Accenture’s one‑level lift at the firm’s discretion.
• Travel may be required for this role with travel amount varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
