Job summary

Accenture PLC is hiring for senior roles in knowledge engineering to lead industry digital-brain delivery on client engagements, including ontology design and knowledge graph management. Travel may be required, with duties spanning discovery, pattern baselining, and lifecycle governance across industries.

You will work in a multinational environment, leveraging AI-native operating models, with a focus on data, ontologies, and industry-specific processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in knowledge engineering, data modeling, or industry data work, with 1–2 years on AI/LLM-based work.
• 2+ years of domain experience in insurance, communications & media, or retail in a professional services or consulting context.
• Proficiency with knowledge-graph technologies and retrieval-augmented generation.
• 2+ years leading a team or workstream within a larger program.
• 4+ years of experience in agile engineering or consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead industry digital-brain delivery on a client engagement at the Manager grade (discovery, ontology design, knowledge graph and taxonomy, lifecycle management).
• At Senior Manager grade, hold authority across engagements in the vertical; alignment assessed at interview.
