Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced professional to lead ontology work, schema and taxonomy design, and knowledge-graph construction on a major engagement. You will drive retrieval-augmented generation and engineer agent context to enable rapid, AI-driven insights.

The role requires 5+ years in knowledge engineering/semantic web, 1–2 years in AI/LLM contexts, and leadership within agile teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in knowledge engineering, semantic web, ontology design, or taxonomy/data modeling.
• 1–2 years hands-on AI/LLM work.
• 3+ years experience with knowledge graph tech (RDF, SPARQL, property graphs) and graph databases.
• 1 year experience with retrieval-augmented generation and agent context engineering.
• 2+ years leading a team or workstream.
• 5+ years experience in agile engineering or consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ontology work: schema and taxonomy design and knowledge-graph construction.
• Enable retrieval-augmented generation over the knowledge corpus.
• Engineer agent context to make knowledge consumable.
• Lead method shaping at Senior Manager level.
