Job summary

Accenture is seeking a knowledge engineer to drive industry digital-brain delivery on client engagements. You will conduct discovery, design ontologies and knowledge graphs, and manage lifecycle updates to keep industry engines current. Senior Manager level oversight applies, with travel as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, 2+ years in relevant industries, and strong fluency with knowledge graphs and retrieval-augmented generation. A bachelor’s degree or higher is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in knowledge engineering, data modeling, or industry data work with 1–2 years on AI/LLM-based work.
• Minimum of 2 years of domain experience in insurance, communications & media, or retail in a client/analyst/consulting setting.
• Fluent with knowledge-graph technologies and retrieval-augmented generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead industry digital-brain delivery on a client engagement: discovery and baseline of industry-specific patterns, ontology design and build, and lifecycle management.
• Hold authority across engagements in the vertical at Senior Manager level; assess fit at interview.
• Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on business needs and client requirements.
