Job summary

Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Knowledge Donor Associate to support the operation and education design of knowledge donor simulations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate knowledge donor simulation education for staff, students and community based on identified needs under the Manager's direction.
• Serve as a resource for program evaluation for facility, staff, students, and community education programs.
• Submit and monitor documentation to support knowledge donor education, including attendance rosters, course evaluations and competency validation tools.
• Ensure facility requirements, regulatory guidelines, quality metrics and related policies are integrated in knowledge donor program.
• Integrate simulation outcome evaluation with regulatory and organizational needs, data and trends to determine program effectiveness.
