Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Discovery and Assessment Lead in the United States to drive knowledge capture from the incumbent team, document critical information, and enable a seamless transition for the incoming team.

You will map workflows, identify modernization opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders, and document findings and progress throughout the assessment and transition phases. A Top Secret clearance and strong change-management experience are required.
