• Drive SharePoint architecture enhancements: site structure, libraries, navigation, and search.
• Strengthen documentation practices: versioning and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate to refine policy and procedure framework for clarity and accessibility.
• Reduce duplication by maintaining authoritative content repositories.
• Promote standardized documentation across business units.
