Job summary

Modern Woodmen is seeking a Project Management/Business Analyst to organize and centralize knowledge in SharePoint for AI initiatives. This hybrid, full-time role in Rock Island, IL supports knowledge management, metadata tagging, and content governance across departments.

You will work across teams to move documents to cloud systems, improve onboarding, and ensure content is structured for AI tools while maintaining retention policies and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Management, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, content management, records management, or a related field.
• Experience with SharePoint environments and content organization.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Familiar with metadata management, tagging, and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain internal documents, including policies, procedures, and other business content.
• Design metadata, tagging, and classification standards to improve searchability and usability.
• Assist in moving documents to cloud-based systems (SharePoint).
• Collaborate with business areas to review and organize content.
• Support content for AI tools ensuring structure, and completeness.
• Maintain the organization’s record retention program.
• Monitor document quality and practices for ongoing knowledge base maintenance.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate work.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and data teams to align with data and AI efforts.

Education
