Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. You will lead multi-agent system designs, build context layers with RAG and semantic search, and drive scalable AI integration across teams.

The role demands hands-on coding, mentoring, and collaboration with AI, security, data, and infra experts in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is supported across the US.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native tooling and search capabilities.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and Go/Rust/Java.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designs.
• Develop context systems with RAG and semantic search capabilities.
• Benchmark performance against evals and drive control of architecture decisions.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Mentor team members and contribute to IP development.
