Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI software architect to design memory architectures for multi-agent systems and context-aware AI solutions. You will implement, test, and benchmark architectures, collaborate across AI, security, data and infra teams, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves hands-on coding, research into emerging memory architectures, and supporting business development for frontier AI technologies, with EY's hybrid, client-facing work model.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory / context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools / code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and modern software languages.
• Understand AI Native design process and model fine tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native design process.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with architectural experts in AI, Security, Data and Infra.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
