Job summary

rag & bone is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support development and production of our Denim line. You will work cross-functionally with Design, Tech, Merch, and factories to launch styles, build BOMs, and manage samples from proto to SMS.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent communication, 2–3 years’ denim experience, and a Bachelor's degree. In-office in New York four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–3 years' experience in a related field (denim experience is a PLUS).
• Highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with cross functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Launch styles into development with cross-functional teams.
• Build styles and BOMs in internal style management system.
• Create seasonal factory development logs with clear sampling directions.
• Ensure garment details are communicated to factories for accurate costing.
• Monitor production calendar and bulk shipments.
• Issue and maintain bulk POs and oversee wash reviews.
• Maintain BOMs and wash standards per season.
• Communicate progress and milestones to cross-functional teams.
• Foster strong relationships with Design, Merchandising, Tech Design, and factories.
