The role requires creative problem-solving and a strong technical background. Responsibilities include monitoring KM systems, user training, and supporting system upgrades. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in document management or IT.
• Law firm experience preferred.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reporting and information governance.
• Train users on the DMS feature set.
• Support the implementation of upgrades to KM systems.
• Monitor usage of KM systems and run reporting queries.

Skills

Ability to learn new technologies

Experience with iManage

Experience with SQL

Excellent communication skills
