Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Assistant Director of Knowledge Management Delivery to transform KM strategy into measurable business results. This role leads the delivery of KM initiatives, manages a delivery team, and partners with business leaders to improve how employees find, use, and trust knowledge.

As the operational counterpart to the KM Program Director, you will translate strategic priorities into roadmaps and delivery plans, and define outcomes across the KM portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of KM programs, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and execution against business goals.
• Partner with Claims, Service, Underwriting, Distribution, and other business areas to address knowledge needs.
• Drive improvements in content quality, governance, search, and user experience.
• Use data and employee feedback to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Build relationships across the knowledge management ecosystem
• Coach and develop KM professionals while fostering a culture of accountability
