Job summary

Forge Digital Marketing is seeking an experienced Klaviyo Implementation Specialist to turn approved lifecycle strategies into accurately built, tested Klaviyo experiences.

You will work with Lifecycle Marketing Strategists, Email Designers, Copywriters, and Client Success to build sophisticated flows, segments, and campaigns, ensuring flawless deployment and high deliverability across email and SMS channels.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience.
• Significant experience working inside Shopify + Klaviyo environments.
• Experience building campaigns and sophisticated automated flows.
• Strong understanding of Klaviyo segmentation.
• Experience with flow triggers, filters, conditional splits, and dynamic content.
• Understanding of email/SMS consent and suppression.
• Experience with deliverability and account warming.
• QAing email and SMS campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo from approved designs and copy.
• Translate designs accurately into Klaviyo and configure audiences.
• Build and validate segmentation; configure UTMs and tracking.
• Set up triggers, timing, sequencing, and personalization.
• Perform comprehensive pre-send QA and testing across devices.
• Maintain account hygiene and accurate suppression logic.
• Troubleshoot integrations and tracking; QA campaigns end-to-end.
