Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in South Boston, VA to lead warehouse, receiving, and kitting teams supporting production schedules. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production.
  • Strong leadership with ability to develop and support team performance.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, material planning, warehouse operations, and production support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP systems such as SAP and workforce management tools is preferred.

  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.

Salary Range

$79,000 - $90,000 USD annually

Your background
